POLICIES

Please review thoroughly as there are NO EXCEPTIONS

 

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking- this is applied towards your service. Booking can be done under Online Booking.

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all other services (excluding the complimentary touch-up).

  • No call/no shows will be charged for 50% of the scheduled service.

  • Missed appointments and appointments rescheduled without a minimum 72-hour notice will forfeit the deposit and the deposit may not be carried over to future appointments or other clients.

  • Deposits may only be transferred ONE time. Appointments rescheduled more than one time will forfeit the deposit.

  • Deposits may be transferred to another person or date with 72 hours notice.

  • If you are late, your appointment will not be extended in order to avoid interfering with the next client’s appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule.

  • New clients with existing brow tattoos or microblading will need to be evaluated in order to determine time and cost. In some cases, boss brow will determine we cannot work over existing brow art.

  • Complimentary touch-up appointments must be scheduled within 6-9 weeks of first session. Touch-ups scheduled outside of this timeframe will no longer be considered complimentary. Please see Services for pricing. It's recommended to schedule the touch-up session at time of initial booking in order to secure your spot within the complimentary window.

  • Guests, including children, are not allowed during appointments.

  • boss brow reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.
